Pricing & Subscriptions
Subscription fees for Brokers Recruiter are published on our website and may change without notice. Clients will be notified in advance whenever possible. Written quotations or proposals are valid for 30 days.

Payments
All payments are processed through VisualStudio.tv, Inc. dba The Brokers Recruiter. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers via secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Failed or returned payments may be subject to additional fees. In cases of non-payment that lead to dispute or collection, the client agrees to cover reasonable legal and collection costs.

Taxes
Applicable sales taxes will be added to subscription fees where required by law. Tax-exempt clients must provide valid exemption documentation.

Access & Turnaround
Your subscription provides access to the Brokers Recruiter platform as soon as your account setup and initial payment are complete. Platform availability may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades; clients will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Data Accuracy & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the platform. Brokers Recruiter is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information provided by the client.

Service Guarantee
We strive to provide reliable service and responsive support. If a technical error occurs that prevents use of the platform, we will work to resolve it promptly. Our liability is limited to correcting the error or, if necessary, providing prorated credits or refunds for downtime.

Errors and Omissions
Brokers Recruiter is not liable for decisions or actions taken by clients based on data or reports generated by the platform. Clients remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of outputs and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisualStudio.tv, Inc. dba The Brokers Recruiter from claims or damages resulting from misuse of the platform, misrepresentation of data, or violation of laws/regulations in the client’s jurisdiction.

Termination of Service
Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the plan terms. Brokers Recruiter reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Delivery of Services
As a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform, delivery is electronic. No physical goods are shipped. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service and form a legally binding contract with VisualStudio.tv, Inc. dba The Brokers Recruiter.
